Shipping policy

All in-stock items will be shipped out within 3-6 business days. All pre-order items will ship out within their turnaround time (generally 6-10 weeks but this can vary depending on the collection).

We will do our best to ship out your order whenever it is ready. However, if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship your yarn when all of the yarn is ready. If you would like your in-stock yarn shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

We are not liable for any lost or missing packages once we ship your order. We will always do what we can to help answer questions you have regarding your package, but it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping provider in the case of a lost/missing package. 

We offer international shipping! Please note, once orders have been shipped, they become the responsibility of you, the customer. While we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages, we will do our best to help answer questions about your shipment. The customer is responsible for any additional fees (e.g. customs) that may be accrued during transport.
