Shipping

All in-stock items will be shipped out within 3-6 business days. All pre-order items will ship out within their turnaround time (generally 6-10 weeks but this can vary depending on the collection).

We will do our best to ship out your order whenever it is ready. However, if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship your order when all of the yarn is ready. If you would like your in-stock yarn shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

We are not liable for any lost or missing packages once we ship your order. We will always do what we can to help answer questions you have regarding your package, but it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping provider in the case of a lost/missing package. 

We offer international shipping! Please note, once orders have been shipped, they become the responsibility of you, the customer. While we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages, we will do our best to help answer questions about your shipment. The customer is responsible for any additional fees (e.g. customs) that may be accrued during transport. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final and we cannot offer any exchanges. If your item is damaged in shipping, you've received the wrong item, or if you're missing an item, please reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve this issue.

Yarn Care

Due to the nature of hand dyed yarn, we recommend alternating skeins to avoid pooling. For best results, please hand wash yarn in cold water with like colors, and lay flat to dry. 

Note: we are a cat-friendly household but we keep the cats away from the yarn. However, we do not recommend our yarn to those who have severe cat allergies in case some of their hair ends up in the yarn.
